NaNoWriMo: Story 8: Ch. 2 As Jeanie was thinking, it was so sudden that she was knocked off of her flying disk that she would not have realized it if it were not for the sudden wind rushing into her face. Her eyes would not open for the life of her and all that she could do was scream. She was falling far too fast to allow her blood to catch her. What a way to end a life: just minutes after escaping a prison. And then she was not falling anymore. She was… flying. Flying through the air, as safe as can be. NaNoWriMo: Story 8, Ch. 1Jeanie. They kept her in a room with nothing inside except for a mattress and pillow. No corners that she could hurt herself on or even a toilet that she could shatter were anywhere near. They kept her nails well clipped as well. Instead, they took her out three times a day to feed her and let her use the bathroom. She showered in the mornings with someone nearby and never felt alone within her confinements. She did not even know much about the outside world other than what her keepers implied about it. She could get out whenever she wanted.&NaNoWriMo: Story 8, Ch. 1

NaNoWriMo: Story Six"I do not want to wake up, though, Mommy," the words were muffled under the pillow, a useful tactic for blocking out light. Surprisingly, there was nobody else in the room. The voice had been speaking to the alarm clock, which continued to bleep loudly, despite the words of protest. "Okay, fine. I… am… AWAKE!" Upon the final word, a young girl somewhere in her teens slammed the snooze button so hard that it sent the clock flying across the room, into the wall, causing a crack to appear in the wall.
